Terms of Use
The terms for using
Margin.
These terms are the agreement between you and the company that sells Margin. Please read them before you start a trial or choose a plan.
Effective from
Who sells Margin
Margin is sold by BidOptimized Ltd EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria, company number (EIK) 207242022, VAT number BG207242022.

What Margin is
Margin is a trading assistant for meat traders and brokers. You tell it about your calls, offers and deals by voice, text, mail or WhatsApp. It keeps your deals, contacts, notes and tasks, and answers your questions about them.
Your book is yours. What you add stays yours, and we use it only to run Margin for you. Read the Privacy Policy
Margin never sends anything to your counterparties.
Plans and prices
- Personal – €29 a month, or €290 a year (two months free), for one trader.
- Business – €59 per person a month, or €590 per person a year (two months free), for a team. The person who set up the team chooses the plan and the number of seats, and pays for them.
- Enterprise – A price agreed with each company, invoiced and paid by bank transfer.
Prices include VAT. An EU company with a VAT number pays the same price, with VAT reverse-charged.
A seat added during a Business plan is charged pro rata for the rest of the period. A seat removed is not refunded and is dropped at the next renewal.
What each plan includes is on the pricing page. See pricing
The 14-day trial
Margin starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed. Each account gets one trial, and it is the same trial on every device.
A Business team has one trial of its own: 14 days from the moment the team is created. Anyone who joins during those days ends on the same day. Joining a team never restarts your own trial.
When a trial ends, nothing is charged. You choose a plan if you want to keep adding and asking.
Payment, renewal and cancelling
A plan renews automatically, each month or each year, until you cancel it.
On the web you pay by card through Stripe. Your invoices and receipts are in Stripe’s customer portal, which you open from the Plan section of Margin’s settings.
In the iPhone and Mac apps you can buy Personal through the App Store, and on Android through Google Play. Then Apple or Google takes the payment, and their own terms also apply to the payment, renewal and refunds. Business is bought on the web only.
You can cancel at any time: on the web in Stripe’s customer portal, and in the App Store or Google Play in your subscription settings there. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
When a trial ends or a payment lapses
You can still open Margin and read and export your deals, contacts, notes and documents. Nothing is deleted.
Adding and asking stay closed until you pay: Talk, typed notes, Ask, the Registry, and mail and WhatsApp to Margin. In a team or group, your prices stop being shared, and you stop seeing the others’, until your plan is paid.
If a card payment fails, Margin stays open during a grace period while the payment is tried again: about a week on the web, and the store’s own grace period in the App Store and Google Play.
Refunds
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, as EU law provides. To withdraw, email us.
For a plan bought in the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
For a plan bought on the web, cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays open until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a period, unless the law requires it.
Using Margin fairly
Use Margin lawfully and for your own trading work. Do not try to reach other people’s data, get around Margin’s security or limits, overload it, or copy or resell it.
You are responsible for what you add to Margin, and for having the right to add it.
Outside sources and AI answers
Some answers include facts from outside sources, such as the company registry, MeatBorsa’s live listings and asking prices, or the prices a team or group member shares. Margin labels each one with its source and never mixes it into your own records. We give these facts as their sources provide them and cannot promise they are complete or correct.
Margin’s answers, readings and drafts are made with AI and can be wrong. Check what matters before you rely on it. Every trading decision is yours.
Our liability
We work to keep Margin running and your data safe, but we provide Margin as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost deals.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away the rights that consumer law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will tell you before a change applies, by email or in Margin, and put the new date at the top of this page. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
Ending your account
You can stop using Margin and delete your account at any time. Deleting it removes what you added, as the Privacy Policy explains.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We will tell you why.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and disputes go to the courts of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, and you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
